Michael is an accomplished attorney with a distinguished background in both public service and the private sector. He has extensive experience developing policy, legislative, and political strategies with a proven track record of guiding organizations toward successful outcomes with key stakeholders and government agencies.
Michael previously served as Deputy General Counsel for Equitrans Midstream and Corporate Director of Government Affairs for EQT. He is a former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and Counsel to the Massachusetts House Judiciary Committee.
Michael graduated from Boston College, Suffolk University Law School, and was a Senior Executive Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he obtained an Executive Certificate in Public Policy. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Roberto Clemente Museum.
