Johanna Kapura is the Administrative Coordinator for McNees GR, where she plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s government relations practice. Based in Harrisburg, Johanna is known for her exceptional legal administrative skills, having spent her entire career in the legal field. She seamlessly manages the day-to-day operations of McNees GR often taking an active role in legislative tracking, in addition to providing critical support to the team.

Johanna has extensive experience in legal administration, which she brings to McNees GR with a focus on efficiency, organization, and problem-solving. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that the team is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of government relations and advocacy work.

When she’s not in the office, Johanna enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter. You can often find her at the soccer field, cheering on her daughter.
